Gazzini Ventures LLC, d/b/a Full Time Food (“Full Time Food,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a friends-and-family meal-prep service in Austin, Texas, including the website at fulltimefood.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Phone number. We collect your mobile phone number when you enter it to sign in and verify your identity by one-time passcode (OTP).
- Account details. Optionally your name and email address.
- Order information. The meals you select, side choices, quantities, your delivery address, and your order history.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data. Basic technical information such as device/browser type and log data, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Analytics and advertising data.We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement (the “Google tag”) to understand how visitors use the website and whether our ads lead to orders. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, an approximate location, and whether you arrived from one of our ads. They do not receive your phone number, payment details, or the contents of your order.
How we use your information
- To create and authenticate your account using SMS one-time passcodes.
- To process your orders and arrange Sunday delivery.
- To send you transactional messages about your account and orders.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To measure how people find and use the website and how our advertising performs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS / text messaging
When you enter your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Full Time Food, including verification codes (OTP) and order- and delivery-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, when you log in or place an order).
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Opting out of verification texts may prevent you from signing in.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent/opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to provide the Service as described in this policy.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — for example, Twilio (to deliver SMS) and Stripe (to process payments) — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
- Google.Analytics and advertising data described above is collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads and handled under Google’s Privacy Policy. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Delivery route planning
When our staff calculate delivery routes, we share delivery addresses with Google Maps to obtain driving times and directions. We do not include your name, phone number, or meal selections in those routing requests. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
