Gazzini Ventures LLC, d/b/a Full Time Food (“Full Time Food,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a friends-and-family meal-prep service in Austin, Texas, including the website at fulltimefood.com (the “Service”). Information we collect

• Phone number. We collect your mobile phone number when you enter it to sign in and verify your identity by one-time passcode (OTP).
• Account details. Optionally your name and email address.
• Order information. The meals you select, side choices, quantities, your delivery address, and your order history.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as device/browser type and log data, used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

• To create and authenticate your account using SMS one-time passcodes.
• To process your orders and arrange Sunday delivery.
• To send you transactional messages about your account and orders.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

When you enter your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Full Time Food, including verification codes (OTP) and order- and delivery-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, when you log in or place an order).

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Opting out of verification texts may prevent you from signing in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent/opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to provide the Service as described in this policy.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — for example, Twilio (to deliver SMS) and Stripe (to process payments) — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
