No middlemen.
Just lunch.

Ben, the chef, in his kitchen holding a pan of butter chicken

Most meal prep is corporate slop — marked up by a dozen middlemen and made with cheap ingredients. I’m a chef with minimal expenses: I rent a commercial kitchen a few hours a week, there’s no shipping, branding, or fancy packaging, and my brother built this website. The money goes into better ingredients and huge portions.

I cook the way I eat — olive oil, avocado oil, and butter, never seed oils— because as an ultra-marathon runner I had to meal-prep just to afford my calories. I’d love to cook for you too.
