Most meal prep is corporate slop — marked up by a dozen middlemen and made with cheap ingredients. Instead of paying middlemen, I spent the money on better ingredients and huge portions.

I’m a chef with minimal expenses. I just rent a commercial kitchen for a few hours a week; there is no shipping, branding, or fancy packaging, and my brother built this website. You’re paying for large portions of awesome food (and nothing else).

I also cook the way I eat: olive oil, avocado oil, and butter — never seed oils.

As an ultra-marathon runner, I always had to meal-prep just to afford my calories. Then I started cooking for my brother, and he loved it. I’d love to cook for you too!
