Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Full Time Food’s website and meal-prep service (the “Service”) operated by Gazzini Ventures LLC, d/b/a Full Time Food (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Austin, Texas. By using the Service — including placing an order — you agree to these Terms.

The service

Full Time Food offers chef-made, build-your-own meals for a flat per-meal price, ordered weekly and delivered on Sunday in the Austin area for a flat delivery fee. Menus, options, prices, and the delivery area may change over time.

Eligibility

The Service is currently offered to friends and family on an invite basis. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

Your account and phone verification

You sign in with your mobile phone number, which we verify with a one-time passcode sent by text message. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Orders, the weekly cutoff, and payment

• Ordering is open each week until Friday at 11:00 PM Central(the “cutoff”). When you place an order, we save your payment method but do not charge it. You can edit or cancel your order in your account, free, any time before the cutoff.
• At the cutoff your order locks and your saved payment method is charged for the meals you selected, plus the delivery fee and applicable Texas sales tax, less any promotion. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
• If your payment is declined we may retry it over the following days and we’ll text you a link to fix your payment method. If we can’t collect payment before delivery, we may cancel the order.
• Orders are subject to weekly kitchen capacity and may be unavailable when a week sells out. If we can’t fulfill an item, we’ll contact you and refund anything we can’t deliver.

Delivery

We deliver on Sunday between 7–9 PM Centralto addresses in the Austin-area zip codes we serve, for a flat delivery fee. Delivery is completed when we leave your order at the delivery address you provided. Meals are perishable — refrigerate them promptly. If we can’t access your address or no safe drop-off is possible, we’ll try to reach you at your phone number; if we can’t complete delivery for reasons within your control, the order is still charged.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before the Friday cutoff: edit or cancel freely — you haven’t been charged.
• After the cutoff, your meals are already being cooked for you, so charges are generally final. If something is wrong with your order — missing items, quality problems, a failed delivery on our end — contact us within 48 hours at support@fulltimefood.comand we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.
• Refunds, when issued, go back to your original payment method.

Promotions

We may offer discounts (for example, free delivery or an amount or percentage off) applied automatically to your account’s phone number. One promotion applies per order; promotions have no cash value and we may modify or withdraw one any time before your order is charged. A discount already applied to a charged order is never clawed back.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number you consent to receive verification and order-related texts from Full Time Food. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Food, allergens, and safety

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, gluten, and others. We provide ingredient and allergen information for guidance, but we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen. You are responsible for reviewing this information and deciding what is appropriate for you. Follow the storage and reheating guidance provided with each meal. Meals are prepared fresh, delivered chilled, and intended to be eaten within 4 days of delivery; keep refrigerated and follow the reheating guidance. Ingredient lists and macros are provided for guidance and may vary slightly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Time Food will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
