Meal Prep Pickup in Austin: Order From Anywhere, Grab It Sunday 5–8 PM (or Send a Courier)

Big news: Full Time Food now supports meal prep pickup in Austin. Every week until now, the only way to get our food was our $5 Sunday-evening delivery, and that only works inside our central Austin delivery map. If you lived outside that line, you were out of luck. Not anymore. You can now order from anywhere and pick your meals up at our kitchen yourself, or send a courier to grab them for you.

Sunday meal pickup in Austin: 5 to 8 PM, no delivery fee

Here's how it works. Build your order on the menu like always. At checkout, under "How should we get it to you?", you'll now see two choices:

• Sunday evening delivery, 7 to 9 PM, to an address inside our Austin delivery zone, for a flat $5.
• Sunday pickup at the kitchen, 5 to 8 PM, with no delivery fee at all.

Pick the pickup option and you'll get the address right there on the checkout page, with a map link. It's Ghostline Kitchen, 3400 Comsouth Dr, Austin, TX 78744, in southeast Austin off Ben White. You don't need to enter a delivery address, and we don't check your ZIP code. Come by any time in that Sunday 5 to 8 PM window and your meals are packed and waiting.

That's it. Same food, same Friday 11 PM order cutoff, same fresh Sunday cook. Just no fee and no radius.

Meal prep delivery outside Austin? Send an Uber courier

If you're outside our delivery map and you don't want to drive in, there's a second option: call a courier. Uber has a package option in its app (look under "Get anything delivered"). You put in Ghostline Kitchen (3400 Comsouth Dr, Austin, TX 78744) as the pickup, your address as the drop-off, and a driver brings your order to your door during the same Sunday window.

In my experience that usually runs about $10, depending on how far out you are. Not free, but it means someone in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, or Buda can get a week of chef-cooked, high-protein meals for roughly what a single DoorDash order costs in fees.

We'll have step-by-step instructions on the site, but the short version is: order for pickup at checkout, then book the courier for Sunday between 5 and 8 PM.

Why we added pickup

We batch everything. One kitchen, one cook day, one delivery route. That's how we keep meals at $10 with $5 delivery. But a batched route only works in a tight area, and every week we heard from people just outside it who wanted to order.

Pickup lets us say yes to all of them without breaking the model. Our kitchen is already open Sunday afternoon packing the route, so handing you a bag at the door costs us nothing extra, which is why we don't charge for it.

What to expect at pickup

• When: Sundays, 5 to 8 PM.
• Where: Ghostline Kitchen, 3400 Comsouth Dr, Austin, TX 78744 (your confirmation page has a calendar file and a Maps link).
• Cost: free. Your order total is just the meals plus tax.
• Courier: optional. Book it yourself in the Uber app for the same window, usually around $10.
