What oils do you cook with?
We cook with olive oil, avocado oil, and butter. We do not use seed oils.
Do you use butter?
Yes. Butter is one of the fats we use, alongside olive oil and avocado oil. See each meal's ingredient line for the current menu.
Do you fry anything in seed oils?
No. Our kitchen does not use seed oils, including for fried items.
